Path.Combine does not tolerate leading \

When you combine paths, if the second part starts with \, it is treated as root.

Example: Path.Combine (@“C:\Test\”, “Test2”) => @”C:\Test\Test2”

Whereas Path.Combine(@”C:\Test\”, “\Test2”) => @”\Test2”

I spent 4 hours trying to debug this issue, since it happened in a deployment situation..
